Leisure travelers "love the skywalk that links to the Fourth Street Live" entertainment complex within this recently renovated mainstay, where the "modern, chic" decor, updated rooms with "comfortable" pillowtop beds and "marvelous soaps and shampoos" and a "helpful" staff add up to a "great stay"; caffeine addicts are "disappointed" "they don't give even one cup of coffee" in the room (there's a coffeeshop in the lobby), but with conveniences like an indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts, many "would certainly stay here again."

Very nice room and overall a nice hotel.

Acoustics of the hotel were brutal, therefore we heard people walking and talking all night, 6 floors below us!

I would say that the hotel was very nice, but not good for a good night sleep. Also, parking is $10 and there was a homeless person asking us for cash in the parking garage. That guy should not have been in there and somebody from the hotel staff or garage facility should have showed him out. Because each floor was open to the lower level the Acoustics were terrible and we heard noises all night, and conversations in the morning from people eating breakfast six floors below us. ...read more

They charge you for parking daily and they also charge you for the internet service!

Overall the hotel is a great one. It is in a great place in Louisville and there is a lot to do. However, they charge you an arm and a leg for parking! And you also have to pay daily for internet service! ...read more

Can get a little noisy bring ear plugs.

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. And we enjoyed both times however you may have to pay for parking.
